At 8:58 AM today Nalinrat gave birth by caesarean section to Baby Lyn at the Bangkok Nursing Home Hospital on Convent Road. The baby is a very healthy and lovely at 3,820 grams. We have dinner at Lord Jim at the Oriental Hotel with Lito and Kim Camacho and two of their kids, Carlos and Bea.
Lito is now Vice-Chairman of Credit Suisse Asia-Pacific. I have known him since he was Director of TISCO and later as Minister of Finance of the Phillipines. The Camachos are staying overnight in Bangkok enroute to Bhutan for family holidays.

During the push back, the winglet smacks into the TG hanger for 380 maintenance. The winglet is crumpled and the left flap may be locked down. Anyway, Airbus decides to remove both winglets and try to fly to Chiangmai.
