We graduated together from Wharton with MBAs in International Business in 1970. Mom Oui joined Thai Farmers Bank(TFB) and I joinedTISCO. TFB was a major shareholder of TISCO with Bankers Trust. When the Finance Companies Act was passed, I got TISCO the Finance Licence #1.
