Thai Airways International PCL sends me to attend IOD (Institute of Directors) program for directors of listed companies who are members of Audit Committees at the SET Building. Revenue recognition and taxable income calculations are covered by Dr. Vorasak Thummanon and Archarn Pannee Vorawutchongsathit(CPA, CIA, CPIA, QIA). Don't know if these are airline codes or not.
IOD makes a lot of money because all directors on Audit Committees are required to attend. Many old acquaintances are surprised to see me there, so I tell them I don't know nothing about finance and accounting, just a little about elephants.
