Mangrove Reforestation in Trat Province

The mangrove rehabilitation and reforestation project for Trat Province is nearly complete, for a total of about 20,000 rai. Our only reservation is that the reforestation areas have been mono-culture.
Naturally propagating mangrove: Center photo shows mangrove tree pods on the tree. At the right time the pods detach, fall and implant themselves in the soft soil below(Bottom photo) to grow up as another tree.
